2. Offer continuing education and skills training programs. Subsidizing certification courses, specialty trainings and conference attendance gives nurses opportunities to grow without needing to emigrate.
3. Strengthen hospital infrastructure and resources. Ensuring areas like medical equipment, supplies, medications etc. are stocked removes frustrations of lacking tools to do their jobs.

2) we cud increase retirement age to help keep more of our older/more experienced nurses on d service pending increase in nursing workforce.
3) Improve working conditions in Nigeria: safety is paramount in the form of PPEs, security of life and property, access to efficient training in order to help deliver standard nursing practices, etc.
These will help deter the brain drain currently in voke.
