1. Improve staffing ratios and workload management. Overworked, understaffed nurses are more likely to feel stressed and burnt out. Ensuring safe patient limits and adequate support staff would reduce pressures and improve care conditions.
2. Offer continuing education and skills training programs. Subsidizing certification courses, specialty trainings and conference attendance gives nurses opportunities to grow without needing to emigrate.
3. Strengthen hospital infrastructure and resources. Ensuring areas like medical equipment, supplies, medications etc. are stocked removes frustrations of lacking tools to do their jobs.

2) we cud increase retirement age to help keep more of our older/more experienced nurses on d service pending increase in nursing workforce.
3) Improve working conditions in Nigeria: safety is paramount in the form of PPEs, security of life and property, access to efficient training in order to help deliver standard nursing practices, etc.

1. Improving the image and perception of nursing by the general public which would make the profession more acceptable and nurses more respected. 2. Opportunities for career development and progression and support from the older population of nurses. Nurses should stop "eating thier young". 3. More participation and representation of nurses in positions of authority and in political offices which will put them in a position where they can push for laws, policies and decisions that will favour nurses and nursing and help keep more nurses in the country.
