After a careful review from our last post, Chidimma Emeamara won with the following realistic comment without the mention of 'money'
1) Nursing Standard Reform; a)End training of quacks called Auxillary nurses. This will improve the standard and image of nursing in the public.
b) Punishment for any negligence by the nurses.
2) Education reform; a) Good transition time of RN to BNSc (1year). b) Addition of Nurse Practitioners, who will stand out and make policies for nurses in health care. c) More professors in nursing to have faculty of nursing in all universities.
3) Nursing Practice Reform; a) Use of Care Plan to provide independent nursing intervention and management for patients. b) Taking back the minor and major nursing procedures taken by the doctors.
